Dr. Neira was intelligent, explained things clearly, did not waste my time or his and knew precisely what the next steps should me. His PA, Jane, was also first-rate.

I had a wonderful experience with with Dr. Nero, who was clear in his opinions of my condition and recommended a follow up MRI to clarify the situation He is an extremely intelligent neurosurgeon, and it was a pleasure to get to meet him. I wish him the best in the future.
Dr. Neira is an excellent doctor. He did my Chiari surgery and so far post op recovery has been great He is thorough, a great listener, empathetic and is well versed in his speciality. He has far exceeded my expectations and I am very thankful and appreciative to be in his care.
