If I could give negative stars I would. I engaged them to clean my windows for an exit clean. A bay window seat was broken accidentally and they thought replacing it with a brown piece of ply wood was acceptable (white window seat), I had to replace and repair it myself and asked them to pay the costs. I copped abuse from mother and daughter and refusal to pay. I have had to lodge QCAT claim to try and recover the costs to fix the damage they admitted they did. Absolutely the best cleaning service I have ever had. Complete professionals who knew exactly what to do without me having to ask. They did an incredible job and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect and what I have always looked for - a company that does the job better than you can do it yourself.
