We are so happy with the great job Louise and her daughter did preparing our home before we moved in. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they went above and beyond — even staying longer to make sure everything was spotless and ready for us. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. I engaged them to clean my windows for an exit clean. A bay window seat was broken accidentally and they thought replacing it with a brown piece of ply wood was acceptable (white window seat), I had to replace and repair it myself and asked them to pay the costs. I copped abuse from mother and daughter and refusal to pay. I have had to lodge QCAT claim to try and recover the costs to fix the damage they admitted they did. I had a wonderful experience - best bond clean I’ve ever had or seen. Great communication, reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!
