I was very impressed with the job that Justin and his team did and impressed with how they went about doing it - professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. I had a range of plumbing issues from guttering and down pipes to leaking taps, and all were resolved. Justin takes the time to know what's needed, he knows his team, and he follows up to check that everything is working and satisfactory.
Justin and his team did a drainage job for me about 12 months ago (I spotted one of his vans today and it reminded me i didn't post a well earned review) he also fixed the previous plumbers mess. I found Justin and his team to be courteous, highly knowledgeable and professional I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Justin Allan.
I contacted Justin regarding a hot water service query that had gas and solar and he was available to look at the issue the next day to see what the issue was, he was able to advise of the issue and provide a rough estimate of cost, and had a worker attend the next morning and fix the problem. So happy with the service and price - highly recommend
Justin and his team were very professional, were quick to book in a day to complete plumbing works required and followed up to ensure I was happy with the job done. Impressed by their customer service and will utilise Justin & his team in the future for any plumbing issues that arise.
