My husband & I contracted Leo (Justified Construction) to remodel & improve a circa 1926 craftsman in Vancouver. This included installing new countertops, sink, and kitchen backsplash; completely gutting and remodeling a downstairs full bathroom; and converting an upstairs bedroom into a master bathroom with closet & shower. We asked Leo to come back for a second project. This time to replace the roof on the gazebo. They did a great job. It looks perfect.
I had a pretty pressing situation where I was trying to get a loan for my home and needed some required repairs from the mortgage company. Justified came out and gave me a quote in less than 72 hours. As soon as I was ready to move forward he had me on the schedule within a week of the time frame I needed. They were always on time and very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend them. My project turned out great!!!
Wonderful new deck! Leo worked with me to determine the best way to repair/replace the deck was with Trex with good supports and surface design. They were professional, collaborative, and efficient.
