about a month ago I when to closing, I don't have one document that it said that own my home yet. I have to make my 1st mortgage and I don't know where I need to send my payment. I call my agent and all I get is excuse and more excuses but not once they apologize or acknowledge their error. Worst company ever!!!!
Four months post sale of my house and they have not submitted the funds or proof of sale to the HOA. I am still being billed. 6 weeks of trying to reach them and Justice title will not return email or phone calls to either me or the HOA. Do not use this company.
Consumer beware, Justice Title does not pay their vendors and I would not trust that they would pay your escrows, mtg payoffs, etc. They have been known to ask notaries to back date documents. The owner Bradley E Leighton is rude and a crook. I wouldn't be surprised if the they got an audit by CFPB.
