Lived here 1 year. Just singed for another year while we look to move. Love the apartment. Other than that this place is horrible the way they treat their tenants. Amenities unavailable to tenets after 5:30 and weekends. Forbidden to talk to staff (housekeeper, maintenence). Will be served a violation, considered harassment. But staff can call residents names, be rude, condescending without consequences. Senior abuse very evident. If you need maintenence, good luck. It's at their discretion.
