We previously used Joseph's services as a JOP for our wedding. His communication throughout the process was prompt and pricing was reasonable. He had an opening within a couple months of our wedding and for that we were thankful. Please keep in mind that if you book Joseph, he does not keep a record or log of the event. If he files your marriage certificate incorrectly and lists the wrong date, there's no way to fix it. This happened to us...
