I would give them a 10 star rating if I could! After my mom's death I had to deal with cleaning out all of her belongings to get the home ready to sell, a pretty daunting task with never have been through this before, I was lost. I interviewed 3 different estate sale companies, 2 of them were obviously "scammers", but Paul and Stacy were upfront and honest. Paul knew exactly which items were of value (I had no clue...). You will never, ever encounter more trustworthy people in your life! They were so good to us and really cared about our situation. They go way above what is expected. To me, I've made new family members. If they ever needed me, I'd come running! These people are superior humans. I would like to express my gratitude for the expert manner in which you executed my parents' estate sale. Despite their initial apprehensions about allowing strangers into their home, you succeeded in making them feel comfortable. My brother and I were impressed by their glowing reviews of you and your company. I strongly recommend this estate sale company, as they have demonstrated a tireless work ethic and earned our unconditional trust.
My sale ended January 18th. My proceeds check was supposedly mailed on January 24th. Today is February 4th. Still have not received check in the mail. Have left several messages with the owner Paul Baker with no response *Update: The Office Manager stopped payment on the check that wasn’t received and mailed another one Certified Mail. Still haven’t received, but tracking says it’s on its way. Looks like the problem was and still is the USPS.
