They will ghost you when they can't charge you. Everything started out smoothly, but the service vanished completely once your free credit ran out (such as MetLife). Despite sending multiple follow up emails for weeks and leaving notes by calling in, they completely stop responding when there’s no active balance to process. If you expect consistent communication, look elsewhere.
