It’s not often to feel at home and welcomed walking into a new dental office, but that’s exactly how I felt the moment I walked into the Justice Dental office…from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the Specialist, especially the fist pump with the Specialist after the appointment.
Overall I was happy with my treatment. However I believe the dental assistant and dentists should be a little more gentle when administering anesthesia injections, positioning x ray and suction tools in the mouth. Those were the painful parts of my visit. I have slight anxiety with dentists and this didn’t help. I have a follow up on Saturday to put on permanent crown and do other half of planing and scaling. I hope to have a better experience.
