Worst customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with JustGive for about a year. Our address will not sync with GuideStar and we have never received several checks. No one will resolve our issue. I have written to customer service several times, but now my email account has been suspended.

I sent out 7 gift cards for $50 each... 3 were redeemed, but 4 were never redeemed by recipient before they expired... so JustGive keeps the $200 as a donation to themselves... How many thousands of dollars do they keep this way? The total amount and how it is used should be published annually. It would be preferable if there was a default organization that the donor can specify where the money should go should gift cards not be redeemed. Also their charity search feature is biased to only American charities in the JustGive ... read more

We donated to three charities in March $100 per each charity and come to find out none of the charities received the money donated to them. Tried to email customer service with no response and call the company and only getting a message with no voicemail redirecting to email. We had other problems to with the wedding card templates they say would be sent to be used as well (they weren't). Fraud, fraud, fraud. Very shady.
