Do not use this company under any circumstances. The service they provide automatically enrolls you in a monthly fee without telling you. This type of business practice should be outlawed. Despicable. Anyone working for this company should be ashamed.

My dog got sick, and I am kind of out in the country so couldn't get to the vet for a few hours. I want to thank Dr. Johnson with Just Answer that helped me to take actions before seeing a doc...the vet said it saved Buddy's life.

I had a very good experience and was super happy to find out this company is right here in SF. I had a legal question about my LLC and Robyn, a CA lawyer, helped me sort it out for under $100, and I also now have access to doctors and vets included in that price. It's actually amazing.
