I set up an appointment for my haircut because I was on a schedule, and the barber was not on time. He arrived 15 minutes late to the appointment while I was waiting 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Didn't wash his hands and didn't use gloves like the guidelines of safety said on their website. He kept blowing the machine with his mouth which is very unsanitary. Now to the haircut. The haircut overall was not terrible still didn't fulfill the instructions given.
