The only reason I'm posting a review is because after the mechanic and owner has blocked me through phone contact as well as social media and also my Dad's number who tried calling him to get price for a service he completed just four days ago to pay him, all I wanted to know was if he took a picture of the turbocharger at anytime so I can start my return/refund claim from a site he gave since I will be taking it somewhere else because he's apparently isn't man enoughto say he can't properly diagnose what's causing the issue... read more

I would not use this place and actually had my car towed from there to another place before they did any service. My son's car broke down when he was visiting NC. He had it towed to the place next door, which turns out didn't work on BMW's, but this place said they did and looked at the car (after it had been there 3 business days). When they called to tell us what the codes said, they wanted us to prepay via Zelle for the service on the car. When I called to question this they were very unhappy with me. This location deserves no stars we took our car to just wright automotive on 12/06/23 to have the transmission replaced and on 12/07/23 the owner who goes by the name of “bruh” called and said he had fixed the car so we paid the lady in the office name “Nina” $1197.10 cash but once we got the car home on the next day we noticed the car wasn’t shifting properly and we checked the transmission fluid and it had leaked out so we called the mechanic back and was told to bring it back so it can repaired so we took it to him only f... read more

I wouldn't advise anybody to spend your money here. They take your money and don't even fix what's wrong with your car. I paid them $200 to repair a leak in my brake caliper not to replace it just to repair a leak!!! And my car still drives the same even before I spent the money to get whatever they fixed done it still drives the same. Any other mechanic I know will diagnose the entire problem and not just go for what the customer said they think it is.
