Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered boneless wings and was charged accordingly — only to receive bone-in wings instead. This isn’t a minor mix-up; it’s a completely different product, and I paid for something I didn’t receive. I expect orders to be fulfilled accurately, especially when a customer has a clear preference. This kind of error is frustrating and frankly unacceptable.
