OMG I think they Ghosted me. I called yesterday and left a message 12 noon. I called back an hour later and someone finally answered, I told him that I believe my water heater failed because there is water everywhere. H said to text pictures and he would get back with an estimate-that was yesterday. Today still no call back or estimate, I need to move on to someone more reliable. What a terrible experience.
Have had this young man in my home several times. He's installed our water heaters from Dale Hardware and today he repaired our toilet and checked and cleared and repaired the drains in both our bathroom sink and shower. He is both courteous and professional. Explained everything for us and is reasonable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
