Very disapppointed with Just Us Realty especially with Sharon Golding the managing agent who took over the management of my property from Realway Bundaberg. We have recently sold our investment property and Sharon did not pay us correctly the rent as per their ledger provided. I have emailed her and the office but did not got any reply as to why the amount of $ 296.91 was not paid and withheld by Just Us Realty. Not impressed at all. Just Bought a house from these guys. When putting in an offer we were pressured into presenting a higher offer despite our original offer getting accepted in less then 2 hours. A plumber that was fixing an issue that should have been addressed already then cracked a tile in the bathroom and the real estate did not inform us at all or send the report that we were promised. Bought a property from these guys absolute nightmare refusing to take offers back to the seller then when settlement came around they proceeded to tell me that the lawns and gardens would be done but as soon as it settled they back tracked and said no. Very unprofessional would recommend avoiding if you are buying or selling
