Great service John is the best...My son John said thank you so much, John you are a Godsend, love the work. You deserve more then 5 stars wish I could give you 10.
We called the John late in the evening with a water leak, but we couldn’t identify the source. We got on a video call and he was able find the leak in our washing machine and talk us through how to turn off the water. He saved us from a much more serious problem. He checked back with us a couple of times to make sure the problem was solved. His quick attention to our problem saved us from what could easily have become been a major problem. I’m keeping their number in my contacts.
I had water damage inside my home from a bad roofing job, (with A-Z Construction). It was a nightmare trying to get a company to do both the tear out and then immediately do the restoration work, which was necessary since it was winter and ceiling would be open to the attic. John was incredibly awesome. He was thoughtful, had great attention to details and knowledge of all aspects of the job. He did what he said he would do and did it in a timely manner.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Just Us—specifically with John! He has been SO helpful in helping remediate the water damage to our kitchen and beyond. The communication with Just Us was exceptional and the cherry on top was the insurance claim assistance. They did thorough, excellent work; they have a trustworthy crew; and they made a stressful situation less stressful! What more could you ask for? I had a great experience with the mitigation and reconstruction after a pipe burst in my upper level. The team was incredibly helpful, especially when my insurance provider became difficult to work with. Pat and his crew were timely, respectful, and helpful, working every day until the project was completed. I highly recommend them
