We called the John late in the evening with a water leak, but we couldn’t identify the source. We got on a video call and he was able find the leak in our washing machine and talk us through how to turn off the water. He saved us from a much more serious problem. He checked back with us a couple of times to make sure the problem was solved. His quick attention to our problem saved us from what could easily have become been a major problem. I’m keeping their number in my contacts.
