I called and asked for a quote on repairing the water manifold on my RV. I was quoted, "$120/Service Call and $120/hr to make repair". Instead of billing, as quoted, Just Trucks billed $180 travel time, $120 Service Call and $120 to repair water manifold. First, I wasn't bill properly, there was absolutely no mention in their quote of $180 travel time, this is outrageous! Jordan was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed while keeping her from freaking out. Worst customer service I ever dealt with! Ridiculously rude not to mention they lied about the work there willing to do and let my truck sit there in there lot for a week and never even looked at it and gave me attitude for asking about it ..mechanic (Al) told me I was trying to get something for free after I paid $2000 up front,,, totally unprofessional !!
We had been traveling from Florida and lost our hot water. I have been trying for two weeks calling around to get somebody to help us. Nobody was willing to help us because it was peak season. Just Trucks took us in immediately. The owner had a fabulous personality and he and the staff were very accommodating and professional.
