I had my tires rotated today and was impressed by the quality of service at this location. The staff demonstrated a solid understanding of their work, and I appreciated their willingness to discuss various services without being pushy. They also offer general maintenance and a lifetime alignment, which could be valuable for long-term vehicle care. Overall, I had a positive experience and look forward to returning for future services.
I brought my car into Just Tires because of a loud noise while driving. Nathan and Justin quickly found that the assembly hub on the back right tire was hard to turn, and both back shocks were deteriorated and leaking. They fixed those issues, but the noise was still there. What impressed me most was Nathan’s honesty and dedication. He found a replacement hub for just $150 (instead of $500) and didn’t hesitate to keep digging into the problem.
