Giving a 3/5 due to price of my service. This is my first time checking in at Just Tires for any service, and I was expecting a little better experience. Called in to get an appointment the day before and got an appointment the next day @10am - which was great. Another good thing was the front staff, they were pretty nice and welcoming. The only reason why I’m rating it a 3/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I was told my rear tires needed a replacement, but my statement states both my rear tread depths are in excellent condition... read more
Been sitting here for an hour and twenty minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. No end in sight. Gotta find a new place. Second time with issues and lengthy time delays.
