Terrible experience. My husband went to get a tire fixed or possibly replaced. Guy on the phone said one thing, but when he went in person a different guy started telling him something else entirely. The second guy was saying "we can do this and that, and we will have to sell this type of tire and only this type, and there's these fees and that fees, and you are getting this, no options," up selling and over charging my husband and hard pressing him, my husband got upset with the situation, pissed off that this second guy wa... read more
The service was fantastic, shot out to Matthew
2 hour 10 minute wait with appointment! My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. After about an hour into my appointment I heard the cashier tell a customer they only had one tech on staff. I would have appreciated the heads up when I got there and I would have come another time. The best part was the $154 bill for the oil change. I have never paid anything close to that on prior visits, or anywhere else. I checked prices around town after, they’re the most expensive in town by far.
