Made an appointment to check and probably replace one tire. I told them when I arrived that it would likely need to be replaced. There is zero reason it should take 2-1/2 hours to finish the work. Zero. Or quit calling yourself a tire store.
I had an excellent experience at Just Tires in McKinney, especially thanks to the store manager, Demaul Lavalais. He was extremely kind, proactive, and genuinely took ownership of the job. Instead of simply delegating the work, he personally stepped in and got it done as quickly as possible. His professionalism, helpful attitude, and commitment to customer service really stood out. Great service and a great manager — highly recommended!
The Worst! I went in early to get a tire patched, it took over 2 hours. tgey decided to “inspect” the vehicle and failed to secure the radiator cap. the truck lost coolant and overheated many miles from home stranding me in Dallas. Will NOT be back!
I was driving from Tulsa to Houston and with 4 hours left on my journey with a car packed to capacity the bottom part of my vehicle was scraping the road on the highway I pulled over because I felt it was serious I looked up the closest tire and auto shop and it was Just tires. I was greeted by DeMaul who was ready to figure out the issue which he did !!! ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Very disappointing experience. Google showed this tire shop as open, so I called several times before driving there. No one answered the phone—the automated message just kept saying that all representatives were busy and to stay on the line. We were dealing with a flat tire, so we drove to the location only to find that it was completely closed. It was a waste of time and gas because the business hours were not accurate.
