This use to be a five star review with new team members here and new policies this is my updated review : Came into Just Tires in Allen because my car gave me a low tire pressure notification twice in one day. My vehicle only has 16,000 miles and still has the original factory tires, so I went in expecting a simple tire patch. Best shop I’ve found around the North DFW area, me and my friends all go here for anything suspension, tires, brakes, or maintenance. Some of the most reasonable prices as well. I have come in for quick or easy jobs and have left without having spent any money to get it done. Ask for Jacob, but everyone I know who works here is excellent.
I very quickly needed replacement of a tire, and spoke with Christian on the phone. He got the tire from a local warehouse to ensure we could get the same tire, and upon arrival him and Diego were very quick to assist with getting my tire replaced in a timely manner. I would recommend this location and team to everyone.
Chris helped me with changing my tires, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He made sure I understood the condition of my tires and what needed to be done without any pressure. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing a good job. Overall, great service and I’d definitely recommend working with Chris.
