Went to get a new tire because I had a damaged tire. Agreed to get 2 tires because it was definitely needed. Went on my lunch the guy assured me it wouldn’t take long. He quoted me for two tires of 266 total. I sat for 45 mins of my lunch and he comes out and says that he quoted me the wrong size and the “only” tire they had for me were 260 a piece… like you thought i would fall for that because i was in need of a tire at that moment and knew i was on lunch and thought I would cave. I had an unexpected flat tire right at closing time and arrived a few minutes after 7:00 PM, fully expecting that I might have to come back another day. Even though the shop had already closed, the gentleman working took the time to help me after finishing the vehicle he was already servicing. He was courteous, professional, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He got my tire repaired quickly and had me safely back on the road.
