Really enjoyed the selection and quality of music in the lobby. Service was friendly and prompt!
I have gone to just tires multiple times with no issues. They are never very friendly, but the work got done so it is what it is. Tonight I had a low tire, pulled up 20 minutes before they closed. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me only to be told they close in 15 minutes so they can’t help me but they can make an appointment for tomorrow. You know what, no thanks. Just Tires, Rockwall has been my go to for tires, brakes and now motor mounts. John and his team are 5 star "Exceptional" . Pricing and services are honest and unmatched.
John and his crew are top notch. Excellent customer service and expeditious. I’ve just purchased my 3rd set of tires from them and won’t go anywhere else. (Shout out to Juan and Cliff!)
