Absolutely terrible. I specifically called to ask if I need an appointment to get a flat tire repair and he told me that if I go in now, you should be able to get me in between 30 to 45 minutes and I went and I had to stay there for an hour and 45 minutes and the vehicle still was sitting in the parking lot and at some point there were four people standing by the counter Just chatting. The services that Dee provided were top notch and very thorough that caught many things wrong with a vehicle my son was looking to purchase saving us a few thousand dollars had we purchased that vehicle. Chris, the manager and Christian the service advisor also provide outstanding customer service to all our vehicles. I highly recommend using this Just Tires location on Coit and College road in Frisco.
