I always have a great experience at Just Tires the Manager yesterday and when I came in a few weeks prior is very nice we both knew I needed new tires ...but at that time I could not afford them and he instructed the tech to repair my tire anyway ..under the promise I would get new tires sooner then later ...so yesterday I walked in and had my new tires installed under my promise to do so. Great manager !! Always a pleasure at the Lansing location!

I always thought Just Tires had a good reputation. I have changed my mind. I have spent $600 dollars on tires along with the extras. I went for the tire rotation and balance and saw that they changed the last side but not the right. I asked the manager and he said they did change both sides. I walked the manager out and showed him the front rims were loaded with brake dust when I came in and the rear rims had none. It was very clear the left was changed and the right was not. I will never go there or any Just Tires again. I ... read more
I went in for a tire rotation and the next day I had a flat tire. Don't know how that happened.
