Long time customer here. Usually don’t have any issues with tires. Called ahead offered today or tomorrow. Made an APPOINTMENT for 3pm, he picked the time not me, to have a battery change. Yes a 10 min job. Took my keys said give us a few minutes. Here it is 4 and they haven’t even touched my car. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. We have turned the music on, changed it, turned it off, stood around and chatted with other employees. 2 stars they are nice but need serious time management skills and work ethic. Very rubbish shop. Waited for a long time. Very bad service attitude I suggest you don't go. I waited for him for two hours for my key and he didn't help me. It was terrible.
Fast, Friendly service!
Bought new tires from here and had a nail in my spare so I asked them to replace it as well. They left me with the spare that had the nail but said everything was good and neglected to tell me they didn’t replace my spare. They said they “must’ve just forgot” and tried to sell me another tire. Terrible customer service.
