My husband went up to get a patch on my tire (had a screw in it) not a real big hole. When he arrived one lady was helping him and a lady with blonde hair interrupted and said we can’t fix your tire before she had even looked at it, my husband explained exactly where it was the lady continued to say we can’t fix your tire. I came in yesterday to set an appointment for today. Needed a new tire and a rotation. When I arrived today, we talked about what I needed.... a new tire and a rotation. They didn't do the rotation because it wasn't put on the list of things to do. Are you kidding me??? I would name him, but there's no point. I just won't go back.
I bought tires from just tires a while back and made an appt today( Aug 7) to get those same tires rotated. I can not wear a mask nor can my daughter because of anxiety attacks. So the he/she at the counter very rudely said go to your car and get your mask! RecommendedI went there to have 2 new tires replaced and the service was GREAT. I called recently to ask if they performed a service I needed and was advised to come in today because what I needed would cost me ZERO. I showed up they did exact what they told me they would. The receipt they gave me had a balance of 0 as in ZERO as in NO CHARGE. On both occasions they never talked to or at me (as if I know nothing about cars) just because I’m a WOMAN✅ I called a mobile (non mobile) mechanic who quoted me $45. I just left Just Tires. I walked in gave my keys and was going to sit and wait inside. They’re sitting right in the middle of the waiting room was a guy without a mask. I took my phone and walked outside. I figured I would wait a few minutes and he would leave. When I saw the clerk outside I asked for the manager but he told me he wasn’t here.
