anticipated good service today being a local commercial establishment for tires. Made an appointment for today at 9am online and left my car at 9:30 after starting to purchase 2 tires. I was informed I person the service would take 3 hours since it's busy. This is a still longer than the estimation online, but I agreed. I was told to expect a phone call upon completion. I am now leaving this establishment at 4:18pm with after calling 2 times to get an update with NO service whatsoever!

I’ll be bringing my car back in for maintenance from here on out. I could not be more pleased with their service and assistance in what seemed like a bad situation!
