I recommend this store to my niece who works at Crabtree Mall. Her car stopped running after and oil change here, and she had it towed back for evaluation. She was told the technician added new oil without draining the old. She then had to pay more $$$ to get her car back. She didn’t make it home - tow truck again. Now blows blue smoke and won’t run right. She complained to the store staff, and they told her the “store manager is out today”. Who is accountable for what this store does?

Exceeded Expectations Twice – I had my oil changed there for the first time mid-August. Dropped the car off, went shopping for a book and picked it back up. No waiting; no other cars getting an oil change at the time. Here's where they exceeded my expectations twice. Long Wait & Horrible Customer Service – I had a coupon to get an oil change at Just Tires and went to the Glenwood Ave. location. The guy at the counter told me it would be 1 hour, and hour and a half max. I normally wait with my car, but decided to go shopping to kill the time. It was just after 11:30 and I came back about 12:30. I asked about the status of my car, and he told me it was the next one to be taken into the bay.
