Back to the basics They're great - excellent response and service with competitive pricing. Matched internet pricing which bought me in and did not disappoint with the follow thru. It's true! Recently had tire problems right before a roadtrip and they took care of me with very short notice and pricing was extremely good considering what I could have paid for my BMW. Best of class tire warranty too!
Rude, grouchy and underhanded! As soon as I walked up to the counter at this location the other day, I should have trusted my gut instinct and walked away. The immediate vibe I received from the customer service/salesman was very chilly. Since he didn't bother giving me his name, the only name I have is from his invoice that states he was salesman *022* He seemed to have an attitude and he told me to park in the special area and *wait* as if I was bothering him. Two Thumbs Up! I can't say enough positive things about this Just Tires location. They offered me discounted pricing on new tires as well as an oil change. They treated me respectfully and they performed the services I needed in a timely manner. I would definitely give them a thumbs up!
Just awsome I was just amazed at the speed, price and service that they were able to provide. I was in a hurry and they were about to close but they kindly welcomed me in and finished the job in 15-20 min. I would definitely tell my friends about this place.

Warning: DONT GO HERE!!! Qyst Tire Center in Media is awful. Not only have I personally been and seen them take advantage of customer after customer, they are overpriced and technically incapable of doing simple repairs. DONT GO HERE unless you want to pay way too much for horrible work and a bad attitude!
Long Wait & Poor Customer Service Horrible customer service. I went in at 11:34am and was told my oil change would take 1 hour, an hour and a half max. I normally wait with my car, but since the wait would be so long, I decided to go to Best Buy to kill the hour (this was the Glenwood Ave. location). When I went back, they said mine was the next one on the list. Thinking that once they started, it would be 30 minutes, I waited.
