Long Wait & Poor Customer Service Horrible customer service. I went in at 11:34am and was told my oil change would take 1 hour, an hour and a half max. I normally wait with my car, but since the wait would be so long, I decided to go to Best Buy to kill the hour (this was the Glenwood Ave. location). When I went back, they said mine was the next one on the list. Thinking that once they started, it would be 30 minutes, I waited. Tires This store is great when you need tires. They have great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciated all of their help when I had a flat tire. They were able to give me a tire that very same day. I will go to them again when I need tires.
