Will not ever go back. – I bought four new tires for my Subaru. The wanted to align it and I told them no because the other tires wore out evenly. They striped a bolt when attempting to align it after being told not too. I went to Subaru to get it fixed they said it wan't even out of alignment.

Long Wait & Poor Customer Service Horrible customer service. I went in at 11:34am and was told my oil change would take 1 hour, an hour and a half max. I normally wait with my car, but since the wait would be so long, I decided to go to Best Buy to kill the hour (this was the Glenwood Ave. location). When I went back, they said mine was the next one on the list. Thinking that once they started, it would be 30 minutes, I waited. Go Here If You Want To Be Ripped Off – I bought tires that didn't last even half the warranty life. When I went back they offered me almost no money on the warranty. Bought tires at Discount Tire that are much better for less and they honored my warranty.
Tires This store is great when you need tires. They have great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciated all of their help when I had a flat tire. They were able to give me a tire that very same day. I will go to them again when I need tires.
