During a simple air filter replacement they broke a 120 dollar part which they then made me wait forever to hear about. They refused to refund the money I spent fixing the car and the manager made rude unnecessary remarks including something about a "Mexican stand off" . Overall I was not impressed. Obviously they are not good at working on cars or handling customers complaints.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN VENTURA COUNTY AND BEYOND........ long story short DONT GO TO THIS SHOP talk about dis-honesty they should be ashamed of themselves.....i called the shop and asked for a SPACIFIC size which was a performacne Z rated tire to begin with...they wouldnt tell me if they could even get the tire till i told them what vehicle it was for after i did they told me the tires on my vehicle are incorrect for my application and that my car requires performance tires and that who ever sold them to me was (in th... read more
I have brought my car here many times before and have been satisfied each time. The last time I brought it in, it was not done on time. The slight inconvenience of not having my car was hugely overshadowed by the actions they took to rectify the problem. I would strongly recommend that people give this place a shot. I have experienced very honest and helpful staff that have a large emphasis on customer service.
No nonsense, good enough, reasonably priced. Free rotation afterwards.
We've been getting our tires here for a long time. The prices are pretty good. They are very prompt and call you as soon as they are done. They rotate tires for free if you bought them there and the tire insurance has come in handy more than just a few times. Saved a lot of money that way.
I just left this place and seriously did not think that mounting tires was rocket science so I gambled with this business. Big Mistake! I left this place with three light sensors damaged, my car barely made to Jacob auto repair on 63rd from 87th. Unbelievable, that after buying tires, I end up needing my car serviced for the damage done from reckless mounting tires!!! So, unhappy Joe, Jimmie, George, and Kathleen!
These guys are quick, fair, honest, and knowledgable. Give them a try.

This, like all of the old Goodyear stores is a Just Tires. I wanted to write this cause I was going back and forth with seeing a goodyear store only to come up empty time after time. There are only Goodyear goodrench places.
