It took 7 times to get to right brakes on a 2001 Toyota. 7 times returning our car after the brakes began to squeal AGAIN..They stood behind their work and finally got it right but it was a maddening and frustrating experience.
I have bought tires and done tire rotations about 5 times here, and all but one of these I think resulted in having to go back and have it rebalanced. If they have equipment to help rebalance properly, why not use it right the first time?? Waste of time for everyone.. Alignment: They will only fix what is red. If one reading is -1.2, and the limit is -1.2 (still green), they leave it - so that you probably have to align next time. Great business for them! No so good for me. =Carl
After checking reviews I booked a 6:00 appointment. I showed up at 5:55. 25 minutes later I checked to see how close they were to finishing. The manager saw me from the parking lot and gave me a nod. 5 minutes later he appeared and said he would check. He said it would be another 15-20 minutes! Slow service. Over priced parts. Quoted me over double what premium parts cost to fix my brakes and rotors. Rip off artists. I am sure I will have more issues from even having them look at my truck but you can bet they'll never seen it again except as it drives past their shop to anywhere else.
BEEN GOING HERE FOR MANY YEARS FOR MY TIRES. HAVE THREE VEHICLES. HAD A PROBLEM WITH VOUGUE TYRES AND HAD NEW TIRES INSTALLED HERE YEARS AGO. NOW VOUGUE RIMS ARE DEVELOPING CORROSION AND ARE DIFFICULT TO BALANCE. GLEN TOOK THE TIME TO HAVE HIS STAFF REBALANCE THE TIRES /WHEELS AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN COMFORT UNTIL SPRING WHEN I WILL REPLACE THE VOUGUE WHEELS WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND.
Scheduled an appointment at 12pm, didn't even get my car in till 1245. Service took way to long for what needed to be done and ended up spending 3 hours in there for a wheel alignment that could have taken 1hr max. Very disappointed do not go here
Repair scam alert! I bought two new tires from them on Saturday December 13, 2013, and left my car so they could put the tires on. When they called to say the tires were on the car, they said they had noticed I had almost no coolant in the car. They said I urgently needed a coolant flush and a new radiator cap, which would cost about $130. When I said I would just take it to my usual mechanic on Monday, they said I shouldn't even drive it home, that I could damage the engine severely. took it here to get an oil change and after noticed the engine cover to my car was missing. When i questioned the manager Chris he stated that only the later versions of my car had covers. Wow its one thing to lie but its another thing to lie to a person who already knew there was a cover prior to taking the car. What an idiot I really hope the cover was for cosmetic purposes only. Are there honest mechanics around here anymore?
