They ordered me snow tires that aren’t ideal for anything over 300hp for my 500hp car for the summer season (which wasn’t even close to the ones we asked for) Then held my car for hours just to tell us their lifts weren’t suitable for the car either. Let alone couldn’t even find the mileage of the damn car. Also they looked through my glove compartment to find my wheel lock, and while doing so left all my belongings on my floorboard including my registration that I noticed was laying out as it tried to fly out my window.

Stopped by here this morning because my tire valve was either cracked or coming off. I could tell they were definitely busy but Ryan Brazeel at the front fit me in so I could get back on my way to work. This was my 4th stop of the day and he and this facility we're the only ones to not make me feel like a burden for the day. I will definitely be coming here for all my future tire needs. I sincerely appreciate the service and how accommodating they were. Highly recommend!

I chose to have my tires replaced at this particular location based on the reviews. I left angry, not valued, and taken advantaged. I originally set an appointment at 9am, but was contacted about that the store was under staffed and it would be an excessive wait time. So I suggested later in the day, Jorge said was better and would be out in 1.5 hours.
