Very impressed! The team at JUST TIRES approached my situation with honesty and integrity. They addressed my needs swiftly, and informed me the nail I had in my tire had not pierced through. GREAT NEWS!! The cherry on top was their kindness in having extracted the nail, and readjusting all the air pressures on my tires, all for NO COST!! Thank you for getting me back on the road safely and worry free. I’ll be using JUST TIRES for all my future tire needs!! Thanks yall!
Ryan was incredibly helpful during a stressful time. Got my tire checked out and patched within a very reasonable time period and was kind and helpful throughout the process.
Unfortunately, I had a very mixed experience. Went in because of a nail in my tire. They were able to retrieve it for me and luckily it did not puncture my tire. Pros: Staff were friendly They did not charge me They were honest about tire Wifi in lobby Cons: Wait time --75 minutes total Waiting area/office - pretty sad (not clean, uncomfortable, loud, no water) Staff seemed a bit unprofessional My biggest issue is: they filled my tire +20% OVER recommended PSI and the other tires. Seriously?! You are a tire shop!! Do better.
Today I visited this store for a tire check. The staff member came out, inspected all four of my tires thoroughly, and didn’t charge me any fee. I wanted to leave a tip to show my appreciation, but they kindly refused to accept it. This shows how focused they are on their work and how professionally they treat their customers.
