Don't waste your money! – If possible I would give this place a minus star. I took my car for an oil change and when it was time to pick it up my car was inoperable and what's worse the manager blamed me and accused me to have done it on purpose!
Exceeded Expectations Twice – I had my oil changed there for the first time mid-August. Dropped the car off, went shopping for a book and picked it back up. No waiting; no other cars getting an oil change at the time. Here's where they exceeded my expectations twice. Worst service I've ever had. – Brought my car in at Noon, & they took until 5PM to tell me tire couldn't be fixed. Car sat on the rack for an hour before they called me. Very bad service. Five hours wasted. Will never go there again.
Buyer Beware – I have used Just Tires in Apex for several years, but I will no longer use them because they did not honor their warranty on aligning my tires and also the tires themselves. I have had my tires consistently rotated and aligned by them so negligence on my part has not been the problem; they told me this as well because they checked their own computers. Ripoff Artists and Liars – I too was subject to the Just Tire policy of rigging up your vehicle for a "free" alignment check. You know right away that you're going to be hit with the need for an alignment then the drilling for revenues begins! They started the bidding at around $80 and came down to $50 since I kept saying "no." My tires were $100 each on sale, but my bill was almost $600!! Will not ever go back. – I bought four new tires for my Subaru. The wanted to align it and I told them no because the other tires wore out evenly. They striped a bolt when attempting to align it after being told not too. I went to Subaru to get it fixed they said it wan't even out of alignment.
One of the best experiences at a tire store I've ever had. – The tire on my wife's minivan went flat after she got home from work tonight. Just Tires is open until 8 so I called they said they could get me in. Marcus greeted us and got me all set. Then Paul and Duan did an awesome job talking to me about options. I ended up getting 2 new tires and an alignment in just over an hour and couldn't be happier with those three guys. Avoid it if you care about your car!!! – What a joke! This is the worst ever tire store I visited! They do not mach the Internet prices in the first place, secondly they do false advertising, the do isssue coupons but they are hot honoring them! Rude Custumer Service! AVOID!!!
JUST TIRES - NO THANKS – Not a fan! I had a flat tire and took my car to Just Tires because my normal place was closed on Sundays. My car has a pressure sensor on the tire and, as expected, the pressure sensor light was on because I had a flat tire. So that's the beginning of the story. The man at the counter stated to me that the sensor was damaged DURING THE REPAIR OF THE TIRE AND TO CALL THE MANAGER AND HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.
