3.5 hours...3.5 hours. Nothing there should take 3.5 hours to do.
The gentleman that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Took a bit long, but I got 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment, about 2 1/2 hours. Sitting there for that long it would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs and a snack machine.
Very knowledgeable, good pricing and most important they know how to treat a customer!
I used to love this location, but something has changed. I went in for one service that went well and as expected, but I was told about an unexpected problem.and quoted an outrageous price for the repairs it would take. I was thankful to be alerted to the potential problem, but I know that the repair/parts aren't that expensive. I was pressured to get the repair done immediately, though I know it's something that can wait a little while. It seemed like a scare tactic. I don't think I'll be going back to them.
1.5 plus hours for an oil change is not convenient at all. Happened three times to me - with an appointment....And today I was told they couldn't do an oil change. There were only 4 cars in the bay/lot.....lost my business for sure
Very nice and friendly staff with a lot of knowledge, they beat the competition not only in prices but in knowledge. Thank you wake forest for a pleasant experience.
