Just like to extend a SHOUT OUT to the Foothill Pasadena crew. The G.O.A.T.'s Cordial, thorough, efficient and very professional. So impressed with their service, attention to detail, after replacing my front tires. I took the crews recommendations and suggestion to heart and return the next day to replace the rears as well. Safety First sounded pretty good to an old guy like me. THANKS GUYS and LADY (Antonio, Yadira, and Alberto) I'll remember you guys in time of need

Xavier Ortiz is an asset to the company. He completed the service on my Nissan SUV in a timely manner. He values customer time, not very often you get this with other companies. He is a keeper.

I had my tires balanced and rotated 8 months ago, which gave me a 6 month warranty. Of course, at 8 months I was told it needs to be done again. After the salesman left, I said out loud with no one listening, that pisses me off. All of a sudden, who I believe was the manager, came out of his office and began letting me know he heard me and started behaving in a very confrontational manner. Took my 2006 Honda Accord for wheel Alignment and oil Change! After leaving my Car there half a day they didn't even check my Tires Pressure! Rear tire was at 10lbs. Please Go elsewhere!!
