RecommendedGreat place great people. I was traveling from PA to VA and blew a tire on my camper and had a second going flat with only 1 spare. It was a Saturday morning and hard to find help. I ended up contacting Matt from the New Castle store and he was awesome. Did everything he could to get me back on the road and on with my vacation. Matt even came to where I was stranded down the road and tried to see what he could do to get me going sooner. Great experience with them even the other staff was great. Thanks guys
Got such a good deal on quality tires and alignment! Plus oil change. Didn't try to sell me any extra not truly needed stuff, but gave me advice and quotes on what will be needed soon. In and out easy experience. I feel safer in my car now and big ups and thanks to Rob and Bill!
I called an hour before they were ready to close due to my tire had a piece of medal in it and was losing air. Rob said come on in...... Once I got there I bought 4 new tires for a great price and they had my tires and front end alignment done within the hour. Great job! Would definitely go back there and would recommend to others, Great service!
