These guys are the best, always polite and honest. They take the time to explain stuff to me and don’t take advantage of their customers. I never feel intimidated when I go there. Thanks for always taking care of my car

Terrible customer service experience. I was treated so inappropriately. My family and the couple friends that I told were simply stunned by the store manager's behavior and the way he spoke to me. We all agreed we were never going back. Because I'm not a disgusting individual like he is, all I will say is making commentary about me just having given birth is beyond low and was completely irrelevant to the work my car needed. Perhaps it's because his name is Conception.
One of my tires had a leaky valve stem. I took it over to Just Tires across the street from Johnny pancakes and the manager came out and took care of me right away. His name is Conception. We joked a little about his name because it was so unique. I told him his name was great. I got a flat tire on a Saturday on my Tesla in Rockford… not the best Saturday I’ve ever had… called around to see who could just get me rolling and these guys were the only place I could find who didn’t have to order the tires. They were super nice, quick, and honest about what they can and can not do. I will keep them at the top of the list when I have a need again.
