Terrible customer service experience. I was treated so inappropriately. My family and the couple friends that I told were simply stunned by the store manager's behavior and the way he spoke to me. We all agreed we were never going back. Because I'm not a disgusting individual like he is, all I will say is making commentary about me just having given birth is beyond low and was completely irrelevant to the work my car needed. Perhaps it's because his name is Conception?
Avoid this so called tire shop, 1 hour per tire to fix a nail? Ridiculous. As I sat there for those two hours watching customers get treated rudely it was appearent the company doesn't care about customer service. There was zero

Concepcion and team did a phenomenal job I recently brought in my work vehicle for a tire change and can’t say how fast, friendly and knowledgeable they were, it felt like home as soon as I set foot inside I was instantly greeted and was able to have them diagnose an issue I had with my rear wheel, I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Recommend to friends and family for work and personal vehicles.
Bunch of good people working there! Especially the manager Concepcion! Would definitely recommend going!
