I had an awful experience at this location. The technician was extremely rough while doing my eyebrows, causing me a lot of pain, and she didn’t seem to care at all. When she was finished, I noticed welts on my eyebrows—something that has never happened to me before. Instead of taking responsibility, she brushed it off as an “aloe allergy,” even though I’ve been to the Kernersville location multiple times and never had this issue. Anu is the one your want for your brows and Henna. Unsure if you want a tattoo, let her do it in Henna! Curious about your brow shape or shade, she takes her time and really gets to know your brows over time.

Got my eyebrows done here because I didn’t have time to go to my usual spot, and the lady that did them was so rough and MESSED UP MY BROWS I have never ever disliked my eyebrows this much before, she literally took the inner corner of my eyebrows and it looked sooo ugly I had to go to my usual spot and let them fix it.

I went in this shop this morning about 10:15, I was met by a woman sitting by a desk giving me an order to sign in. I had no clue what she was talking about, she then said from the other side of the shop how to operate the said machine...I tried several times but the machine kept telling me I could not sign in because the employee or owner had not signed into the said machine.
