I showed up with a bent rear wheel and these guys straightened it and had me up and riding again in less than 30 min!

Left the bike on Monday May19th fix a flat and tune up. Said would be done by Thursday or Friday. No word. Called them on Friday the 30th got voice mail. Went in person - "Sorry, got busy". So you got busy AFTER the bike was left and I get F**KED? this place has no concept of service.
Thank you to the AMAZING staff at Just the Right Gear today for giving my poor bicycle a makeover! That tune-up definitely made riding more enjoyable and a heck of a lot safer. Every time I go in, I can leave confident that they have my bicycle's best interests in mind : )
I wish they were in Richmond, along with Carvins Cove. No knock on the RVA stores but this is one heck of a bike shop.
