My experience has been great at this shop. I have Amanda cut my hair every 4 to 5 weeks and she always does a great job. Has been a family friend for years. Best place to get a haircut.

Had my 13yr old daughters hair cut and layered by "S". My daughter told her that she takes ballet and it's required for her to have her hair in a bunch so the shortest part of layers still needed to be under chin length. "S" brushed her hair forward and said "how about my finger length under the chin" and my daughter was happy with that. "S" proceeds to cut hair. I went in for a trim and long layers and specifically asked for the shortest layer to be below my chin. At first I didn't notice it because my hair was down but once I put my hair up I had Curtin bang on one side and what I wanted on the other. Called them and they told me to come back in which was another 30 min drive her only other Sulotion was to cut the other side short, no discount and now I have bangs that I hate let alone didn't want. In all my experience was horrible!!!!
