Erica is absolutely amazing! I had someone else do my hair and it turned out to be an orange color when I wanted more of a blonde color. I never have left a bad review until today, which makes me sad. I made an appointment on-line because no one answered the phone. (I was told they are all independent stylists so, apparently, there is no reason to call.) No, I didn’t get a confirmation but an appointment was available. I tried to book it the day of more than one hour before the appointment was offered. The stylist did not check her phone.
