We LOVE our new pool! Work was done efficiently and Rosalee was responsive and helpful throughout. Paul and Jamie in particular are so knowledgeable and give you great ideas for different things you can do - pick their brains! It always takes a lot of trust to engage people to work on your home. These guys know their craft, and they have a 'no fuss' attitude when things don't go to plan as well. We definitely recommend! Maria & Andrew
I sent 2 enquiries via their web page contact ,No response , Then i sent a an enquiry via their web site chatbot , Still no response , then i called their number and spoke with Jamie , Who asked me to send photos and details of which i did , Once again no response , I understand companies can be busy , but not responding whatsoever is not the sign of good courtesy or a reliable business,
We have recently had our pebblecrete pool re-surfaced and new coping done. The finish was fantastic. From initial contact to completion of the job was a very easy process. The pool looks brand new.
We explored several pool renovation companies for our very dated pool, which still had old paint on it. After narrowing it down to JSPR and another option, we ultimately chose JSPR based on their reviews and their competitive price. While their admin team was responsive and professional, the overall project felt quite disjointed.
