Whoever was driving the company car on Sunday (13/12/25) on the Bruce Highway at around lunchtime, is going to cause an accident sooner or later. They were lane hopping, many times without an indicator, speeding way above the speed limit, especially in congested areas and generally just being a reckless driver. I don't even think they noticed that they almost collided with multiple cars. Not a good reflection on the business

This pool renovation ended up costing me over $25,000, even though the initial quote was $21,600. They forgot to include a skimmer box in renovation, which they installed after the renovation and charged me another $4,000 cash. The pool coping tiles were cut unevenly, causing a domino effect on the rest of the tiling. The pool lights installed have repeatedly fallen out. They took off the coping from top and were supposed to leave the side of the pool On but they took the sides off as well but didn't fix it so the pool looks very unfinished. When asked about it we were told to get intouch with another man to render the sides of our pool for an extra $700.00. We had already paid $17,400.00. They also Pebblecreted the air vents in so if they break we can't replace them, they used to screw off. JSPR have pebbled a few pools for us now and I recommended them highly. They are busy and in demand as any good business is, however they a good team and deliver a great outcome. Thanks for the new pool prior to Christmas!!!!
