☆☆☆☆ We had a group of 12 and simply needed to ask a few basic questions to make sure everything could be accommodated before going. Despite trying over two days, we couldn’t get any response at all. In 2026, it’s hard to understand what kind of business still has no reliable way to be contacted other than a basic phone line that isn’t answered. We just finished the school holiday intensive and had such a GREAT experience! The teachers were so kind, positive and encouraging. They met each child where they were at— no pressuring, no tears. Gentle encouragement- and, as a result, our kids trusted the teachers and bought in to the lessons. Our kids were enthusiastic to attend each day and were sad when it was over. They walked away with new skills and confidence being in the water. It was a positive, clean and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend!!
