Keep changing the amount owed each month and then adds stuff to the bill that you didn't want. Also says there will be no late charge then when you look at the payment confirmation there's been a late charge added and takes forever to open your unit back up. Also when I got a unit at this place a big part of it was because I kept seeing everywhere that they were 24 hours then after I book it and tried to go out there at like 11:30pm to 11:45pm the gate wouldn't open and come to find out they won't let you in front 11:00pm-6:... read more

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star- they are heartless and the farthest from professional! Get your things out now! They will sell your stuff from underneath you with no reasoning! They don’t even know why they auctioned a family members items after being a loyal customer for a decade! Then have absolutely no empathy or solution to fixing it! This place should be shut down immediately and all employees gone!
