When I attempted to rent something online, it was attempting to bill me for two months in advance or double the amount. The man who answered the phone when I called to ask questions appeared quite confused and didn't even know his own name. I asked him a question, and he replied that the police were at his door and they weren't even open yet, so he had to leave. I'm going to pass, I think.

This place sucks there's nobody there when you need help I put I paid for my storage yesterday went there last night and I couldn't even get into my storage thing said then I find out the next day that I have to download an app that I can't even figure out how to use and then it still doesn't tell me how to open the goddamn door

I needed to access my unit twice. Once when I put my items in there, once when I removed them. You need an app to access anything, which is fine. It's a problem when the app doesn't work, there's nobody in the building, and no customer support to get a hold of. It's fine as a place to put your stuff, but don't expect easy access. Failure at the one thing they needed to do is not a good sign.

So far it's very early in my relationship with this location. But I'd like to say the selecting of a unit and moving in was super convenient. I literally rented a unit this morning and I'm already moving in. The facility is very clean. Renters should know if they are renting an indoor unit he will have to utilize stairs in an elevator, but so far these inconveniences are not that inconvenient. Anything changes I'll update my review. But definite five star interaction at first impression.

Bill is consistently courteous and maintains a professional demeanor. I encountered no issues during my deployment, as it was a hassle-free experience. The space is ideal and exudes reliability both inside and out.
