I cannot recommend Just Spas enough. Kelly and Josh have gone above and beyond to help fix our broken pump, coming out in the rain, the cold always with a smile and a joke Thank you all
I couldn’t disagree more than with the previous commentator. I have tried and tried and tried to get some support with regards to this spa. Without any success. People promised to ring me back. They don’t time and time again. I understand. I bought The spa on the previous franchise owner, but I would’ve thought that I could’ve had some support. Doesn’t seem to be happening. I had to go in the end to the head office who were very good.
I luv this place. Staff always very helpful & friendly.
We have had our spa since March. Kelly's level of expertise is astounding. After sales care is also great. Any questions quickly answered. We are so glad we purchased locally!
The service and people at Just Spas Wollongong are a terrific team especially Kelly she really knows her products and her help from purchase through to handover was fantastic . Kelly is a real and true asset to this business we could not be happier .thanks gang!!
