Trying to obtain spare parts for my old hot springs spa no one was interested in helping me until I went to Just Spas,talked to Kelly and she and the team went out of there way to obtain the part I needed, when everyone else in the spa retail business said no longer available, however Kelly was enthusiastic to find and acquire the heater element. I now have my old spa running again!!Very happy with their service and resolve to help it happen. Thankyou team.!
This company is an absolute disgrace. First call, no show. Second call, no answer. I called three times and got nowhere. When I finally got through, the lady on the phone was completely hopeless. She couldn’t give me a straight answer, couldn’t lock in a proper date or time, and honestly I don’t even know her name, that’s how little she communicated with me.
