I couldn’t disagree more than with the previous commentator. I have tried and tried and tried to get some support with regards to this spa. Without any success. People promised to ring me back. They don’t time and time again. I understand. I bought The spa on the previous franchise owner, but I would’ve thought that I could’ve had some support. Doesn’t seem to be happening. I had to go in the end to the head office who were very good.
I luv this place. Staff always very helpful & friendly.
We have had our spa since March. Kelly's level of expertise is astounding. After sales care is also great. Any questions quickly answered. We are so glad we purchased locally!

Kelly and the team at Just Spas Wollongong are THE BEST. Their commitment to customer service is like nothing I’ve seen before. We received our spa almost 6 months ago and, as a first time owner, I can say that the quality of the after-sales service is second to none. They always answer my calls and resolve my issue almost always on the spot. Not only that but their price was competitive and the product is quality. I couldn’t speak higher of Just Spas Wollongong!
