Trying to obtain spare parts for my old hot springs spa no one was interested in helping me until I went to Just Spas,talked to Kelly and she and the team went out of there way to obtain the part I needed, when everyone else in the spa retail business said no longer available, however Kelly was enthusiastic to find and acquire the heater element. I now have my old spa running again!!Very happy with their service and resolve to help it happen. Thankyou team.!
This company is an absolute disgrace. First call, no show. Second call, no answer. I called three times and got nowhere. When I finally got through, the lady on the phone was completely hopeless. She couldn’t give me a straight answer, couldn’t lock in a proper date or time, and honestly I don’t even know her name, that’s how little she communicated with me. Kelly and the team were absolute legends to do business with. I walked into the shop 30 mins before close on a Saturday and had purchased a spa and organised delivery for the next day all within 30 minutes. The delivery guys went above and beyond to get the spa to where it needed to be. Kelly called once everything was set up and walked me through every detail of how to use the spa and how to look after it. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Excellent service from the lovley lady today. Bought a sauna. Highly recommend just spas wollongong. Will be visiting again for the spa purchase for sure later this year
