Have to say their product is excellent, we are very impressed and happy with our spa. But, we ordered it at the beginning of January and was told delivery mid to end of February, spa was delivered end of March and the only contact was when I called them. Long story short the hole delivery was a balls up from their end with no contact until I called them. I will say delivery guy and his offsider were great. Great team at Just Spa's. They took their time to explain everything to us. Made us feel welcome and nothing was a bother. They even came over to assess the acess and sorted out a better crane. Truely over and above with their customer service.
Super knowledgeable, flexible and go out of their way in terms of after sales service. Definitely a customer for life now!
