What can I say from the moment I walked in to buy a 4 seater spa and met "other Mandy" and walked out with an Aqua Fit Pro 5 single zone swim spa the service has been exceptional. The process has been entertaining to say the least and both Mandy and Jono are the absolute best people you could dream of working with when the project ended up being bigger than Ben Hur and involved a huge slab pour, crane hire, switchboard upgrades torrential rains boggy gardens you name it nothing was too much trouble. ... read more
Jono and Amanda were great to deal with. My spa had to be located in an area with difficult access, and they went above and beyond to set it up. Great communication, easy to deal with and always followed through
Mandy and Jono at Just Spas Launceston were just great. Their knowledge of the product and the professionalism of delivery and installation were second to none. They were so friendly and welcomed any support we might need moving forward. We love our swim spa!

Fantastic service. Highly recommended for any spa needs. I tried contacting a competitor but was offloaded to other staff members twice, as well as being told the part I was after was old so I gave up. Called Mandy at Just Spas and received instant help, and even better, they had the genuine parts as well as quality generic parts in stock. Thanks for great service and advice.
